JJ Mailer bulk email system is NOT for and will NOT send bulk unsolicited commercial email (SPAM)!

All user accounts and emails sent by JJ Mailer are monitored by JJ Mailer System Administrators.

Any user that is attempting to use JJ Mailer to send SPAM or any inappropriate content may be subject to having their account suspended with out notice.

JJ Mailer is designed to send bulk email to recipients that have aggreed (subscribed/opt-in) to receive them.

All new email addresses added to your list will be given an opportunity to opt-in/subscribe to your mailing list to receive future emailings from you in the first email they receive.

Any recipient of an email from JJ Mailer will always be given clear instructions to automatically opt-out/unsubscribe from your mailing list.

Once a recipient is un-subscribed from the system, they can only be re-subscribed to your email list by subscribing via your web site subscription form using a double opt-in system.

Using the double opt-in system, only the owner of the email address can subscribe to future emailings from JJ Mailer.
